Facilities at Frank Jackson State Park include a handicap accessible bathhouse, picnic pavilion/shelter and walkway located adjacent to the campground. There are twenty-six pull-through campsites, three of which are handicap accessible. In addition to these sites there are five tent sites with water.

A boardwalk/bridge leading from the boat ramp/parking area to the island is one of the many unique features at Frank Jackson. A short walking trail loops around the island, which provides limited access to the shoreline. An educational kiosk is located at the trail entrance and provides information on birds and small mammals, which may be seen in the park.

A handicap accessible fishing platform is located at the northwest end of the dam and is accessible from Highway 42.
