ParkMaps.com Inc. Grand Prize Drawing Details NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. The ParkMaps.com Inc. Grand Prize Drawing. This drawing is sponsored by ParkMaps.com Inc."Sponsor". ELIGIBILITY: Drawing is open to all natural persons age 18 and older who are legal residents of the fifty United States and District of Columbia. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. HOW TO ENTER: Access The ParkMaps.com Inc. web site at www.parkmaps.com and follow directions. Only one entry per person or e-mail address is permitted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. PRIZE: 1 (one) Grand Prize - A multimedia computer system. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be held on April 1st 2001 at ParkMaps.com's offices. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by mail, e-mail and/or telephone within 15 days of the drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify Winner. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 10 days of acknowledged notification. If Grand Prize winner has not attained the age of majority in state of residence, prize will be awarded in name of parent or guardian. By accepting and/or using prize, Winners consent to the use of their names, voices and/or likenesses for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law and upon request will provide such consent in writing. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By entering, each participant agrees (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and (b) that Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Grand Prize Drawing to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Grand Prize Drawing including without limitation; personal injury, death, and property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Grand Prize Drawing. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Grand Prize Drawing at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Grand Prize Drawing. WINNERS LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES: A winners list will be posted on this web site at www.parkmaps.com at the conclusion of the Grand Prize drawing.
